He and Emmath O'Malley were probably brothers. The census record for 1910 lists two sons of Patrick O'Malley, Harold, age 15, and Emmath (?), age 14. It is likely that these are not sons of Patrick, but rather grandsons as they do not appear on the 1900 census record for Patrick O'Malley. A Harold O'Malley was found in the 1920 Federal Census of Minnesota living as a boarder at 1834 Fremont Ave in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Age is shown as 25 and born in Minnesota. His father shown as born in Canada and mother born in Minnesota. There appears to be a discrepancy in the record because despite showing that he was born in Minnesota it also shows that he emmigrated to USA in 1896 and that he was naturalized in 1897. (Image Source: Year: 1920; Census Place: Minneapolis Ward 3, Hennepin, Minnesota; Roll: T625_833; Page: 4A; Enumeration District: 54; Image: 143.) It is not clear that the Harold O'Malley found in the 1920 census is the same person as the Harold O'Malley found in the 1910 census.
