Magdalena Ringwald was born on April 18, 1802 in Grand Duchy of Baden.1,2 She was the daughter of Johann Nepomuk Ringswald and Magdalena Appert. She married Joseph Kollros before 1828 in Grand Duchy of Baden. She died in 1884 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.1

She and Joseph Kollros emigrated in 1844 from Grand Duchy of Baden. There is a community called Ringwald just north of Madison, Indiana. From a German researcher: "Together with Joseph Kollross went the Georg Ringwald couple."3
